If a licensed vet diagnoses a life-threatening, untreatable genetic condition within five years of adoption, we’ll offer a replacement puppy. While some features may vary, your happiness remains our top goal.

Minor issues such as underbites, fontanels, or hernias are not covered, as they don’t affect your Bichon’s quality of life.

Viral Infection Protection

For added confidence, we offer a 5-day guarantee against non-treatable viral infections. If your Bichon is diagnosed during this period, we provide a full refund.

Parasite Management

Your puppy receives three rounds of vet-guided deworming. For continued care, consult your veterinarian on future parasite prevention.
